I’m honored to be part of the 2026 Housing First Minnesota Foundation Gala, a night dedicated to supporting affordable housing and transforming lives across Minnesota. Join us for an unforgettable evening of connection, celebration, and hope.

Event Schedule:

• Registration & Social Hour: 5:00–7:00 PM

• Dinner & Program: 7:00–9:00 PM

• After Party: 9:00–11:00 PM

Meal Options:

• Pesto and Sun-dried Tomato Chicken: Sautéed chicken with pesto and sun-dried tomato cream sauce, served with dauphinoise potatoes and roasted asparagus.

• Beef Pot Roast: Braised beef with mushroom gravy, served with dauphinoise potatoes and roasted asparagus.

• Stuffed Acorn Squash (Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten-Free): Acorn squash stuffed with lentils, almonds, scallions, and dried cherries, drizzled with dairy-free maple cream sauce over brown rice pilaf.
